Our credit card processor, TSYS, has upped our charges by 5-fold, and has not been sending us statements. We just caught it, and are stopping all credit card processing. You can place your order and choose “Charge account”, and we will reach out to you with payment options.
We would highly recommend using an alternative to TSYS if you are considering processing credit cards, even though their up-front rates sound good.
