Third-generation dairy farm on the Santa Fe Trail.

    Jason Wiebe Dairy sits at the top of a hill just outside Durham, Kansas surrounded by trees and lush alfalfa fields. Situated on the Santa Fe trail, this family farm was started by Jason Wiebe’s grandfather and began producing award winning cheese after he and his wife Sheri took over in 1997.

  Along with their four children: Benjamin, Matthew, Shannon, and Julie, they lovingly raise their ~120 cows and are proud to make natural cheese right on the farm.

All cheeses made with 100% A2A2 milk except the Sharp Cheddar and Cottonwood River Reserve. 

We started using only A2A2 milk in May 2023.

The Sharp Cheddar and Cottonwood River Reserve age for a year before we sell them.
